Tools to Optimize Small Team Performance

Explorations in the field of Human Factors are intended to optimize small-team performance in long duration, high threat environments. Focus is on tools and techniques needed to maximize and/or extend peak physiological and psychological performance. Initial work is on the physiological aspects of enhancing team performance A Climate-Control System and Thermal Safety Software are two technologies under development.
